Clear-Com Agent-IC 2.12

Clear-Com's Agent-IC mobile application is tailored for integration with Clear-Com's intercom systems, such as the Eclipse HX Matrix Intercom, Encore Analog Partyline Intercom, and HelixNet Digital Network Partyline System. It provides a virtual intercom control panel compatible with iPhones and iPads, enabling connectivity worldwide via 3G, 4G, and Wi-Fi/IP networks.

Agent-IC offers an interface mirroring that of traditional intercom key panels. The mobile app is fully equipped with features like Point-to-Point calling, Point-to-Multipoint group calling, Partyline functionality, IFB communication with logic triggering, PTT (Push-to-talk), local cross-point audio level control, and encrypted AES communication.

AGENT-IC HOSTED BY ECLIPSE HX

For Agent-IC to function, it necessitates the Eclipse HX matrix intercom with virtual panel licenses activated. Access approval and initial setup must be facilitated by the organization's system administrator through the EHX platform. Once authenticated, users can link to their host Eclipse HX system on an iPhone or iPad over any 3G, 4G, or Wi-Fi/IP network.

The installation process for Agent-IC is straightforward. Users need to download the app on their mobile device, insert the provided passcode within EHX for verification. This initiates authentication and establishes a secure connection between the device and the host Eclipse HX intercom system.

AGENT-IC HOSTED BY LQ IP INTERFACES

As an alternative, Agent-IC can establish a direct connection with LQ IP interface devices to link to any of Clear-Com's partyline systems. This functionality enables Partyline users to engage in direct communication with remote contributors using Agent-IC.

To access the application, users must receive proper authorization and conduct system pre-configuration through the LQ Core Configuration Manager (CCM). Upon successful authentication, users can link to their host Partyline system via an iPhone or iPad over any 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi/IP network.

Installation of Agent-IC entails downloading and setting up the app on the mobile device. Users then input the passcode provided within CCM for authentication. This process establishes a unique and secure connection between the device and the host Partyline intercom system, enabling seamless communication with traditional intercom users within the Clear-Com network.
